We aim to keep container descriptions, photographs, specifications, condition labels and availability current. Stock can change quickly, and website information may occasionally be incomplete or out of date. Displayed inventory is therefore subject to confirmation.

Images may be illustrative or may show the actual unit identified on the listing. Colour, surface marks, repairs and other details can appear differently depending on lighting, screen settings and the timing of the photograph. Please ask our team which images relate to the specific container you intend to purchase.

Unless a quotation states otherwise, prices, taxes, delivery charges, validity periods and payment terms are confirmed in the written quotation or sale document issued for your order. A quotation is not a guarantee that a container will remain available.

An order becomes binding only when NOVAS AGENCY accepts it in writing and any required deposit or payment has cleared. You are responsible for checking the quotation and promptly telling us about an error in the container number, type, condition, quantity, delivery location or customer details.

Payments must be made only through payment details confirmed by an authorised NOVAS AGENCY representative. If you receive an unexpected request to change payment details, verify it with us by telephone before making payment.

Used containers may show normal signs of service, including dents, surface corrosion, repairs, faded paint and floor wear. Condition descriptions are practical sales descriptions, not a promise that a used container is new or free from every cosmetic defect.

You should inspect the container, or arrange an independent inspection, before purchase where practical. Any specific intended use, modification requirement or condition requirement must be communicated before the order is accepted. Suitability for a purpose is confirmed only where we expressly agree to it in writing.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. Timing may be affected by transport availability, weather, road conditions, permits, site access and events outside reasonable control.

The customer must provide accurate delivery instructions and ensure the site has safe, lawful and suitable access for the delivery vehicle and unloading method. Extra costs caused by waiting time, failed access, redirection or undisclosed site conditions may be charged to the customer where permitted by the agreed sale terms.

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, scrape content at scale, or use the website in a way that violates another person's rights.

The website design, copy, branding, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to NOVAS AGENCY. You may view and print reasonable extracts for evaluating our services, but you may not republish, reproduce or commercially exploit the content without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, NOVAS AGENCY is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product warranties, remedies, risk and ownership for a specific sale are governed by the written quotation, invoice, sale agreement and applicable law. If these website terms conflict with a signed sale agreement, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Links to external websites or services are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the courts or other competent forums of Tanzania, as applicable.

We may update these terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. Updated terms apply from the date shown on this page and do not retrospectively replace a separate signed agreement.
